DDI, over half (51%) of leadership positions globally are held by individuals from the Gen X generation, who are known for their habitual use of social tools and early adoption of technology.
Gen X leaders are particularly effective in hyper-collaboration, with 67% of them working on break down organizational silos. While they still value traditional face-to-face collaboration tools like meetings and workshops, they recognize the convenience and automation benefits of collaborative technologies.
