One of the key audiences required to be up-to-date with legislation and regulation at The Royal Mail Group are the Board of Directors and Chief Executives Committee. This is obviously an experienced group who have heard it all before. They needed something to take away at the end of a formal training session. More than just an aide memoire of bullet points was needed, something that was unlikely to be chucked on a pile of filing.
A series of custom simpleshows were produced, explaining four separate compliance-related topics. The videos were uploaded to small ‘Videopaks’ for Directors and Executives to take away and consume the condensed messages at their own convenience. The videos provided added support for future communication campaigns as some of the key imagery could be linked to, helping with message recall. By adding a splash of red to the animation style, the communication was able to stay on-brand, thus making the content feel more personal.
